Players Choice, Tee Up, and Give Back.
This isn't your standard charity scramble. We’re putting the power of the purse in your hands. Whether it’s the local animal shelter, a food bank, or a youth program, you tell us who deserves the win.
The Play:
Register to play and nominate your favorite Brunswick County 501 (c)(3) charity.
Search Area Charities Here - Charity Navigator
The Stakes:
The two organizations with the most nominations walks away with the tournament’s total donation.
The Vibe:
Golf meets community-driven impact.
The Official Playbook.
-
Capacity: Limited to the first 72 golfers. Once we’re full, we’re full!
-
Style of Play: Captain’s Choice (Scramble). Every player tees off, the team picks the best ball, and everyone plays from there. It’s the ultimate way to keep the game moving and the spirits high.
-
The Squad: Teams are composed of four players.
The "Matchmaker" Clause
Don’t have a full crew? No problem. When you register as an individual or a duo, we will pair you up with a "Fun Foursome." It’s a great way to meet neighbors and potential new golf rivals.
The StartShotgun Start:
We’re all in this together. Everyone kicks off at the same time from different holes to ensure we all head to the clubhouse at the same time for lunch and prizes.
On-Course Contests:
Bring your "A" game for the individual prizes: Closest to the Pin: Separate markers for both Men and Women. Longest Drive.
The "Unconventional":
PodiumIn the spirit of fun (and because the pros shouldn't have all the glory), we aren't just rewarding the top three. Prizes will be awarded to:
-
1st Place: The undisputed champions.
-
9th Place: The "solidly middle-of-the-pack" heroes.
-
15th Place: Because finishing 15th has never felt so good.
The Golden Rule:
This tournament is built on charity and camaraderie. While we love a good competitive drive, remember that your registration is a "nomination" for a local Brunswick County cause.
Keep it light, keep it honest, and keep the drinks cold.
Pro Tip: Remind your players that since prizes go to 9th and 15th place, there’s no need to be "creative" with the scorecard. Total honesty might actually land them on the podium. Good Luck!
